Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Please read the following carefully.

• 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the session fee.

• No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

• If you are late, the session will still end at the scheduled time and the full fee applies.

• In the rare event that I need to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a full refund or a new appointment.
