Cancellation Policy
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Please read the following carefully.

24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the session fee.

No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

If you are late, the session will still end at the scheduled time and the full fee applies.

In the rare event that I need to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a full refund or a new appointment.
